We understand plans change. Please read our cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Cancellation by You

30+ days before departure: 80% refund
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
0–14 days before departure: No refund

2. Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel due to natural calamities, government orders, or unavoidable circumstances, we will offer:

An alternative tour date, or
A full refund, minus any non-refundable arrangements made on your behalf.

3. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days after cancellation confirmation.
